Warning: This episode may be a trigger to some unresolved childhood emotions.

Episode 27 is a deeper continuation of the conversation we began last episode with the influence our mothers have or lack of mothering can have on the rest of our lives as #HER daughter.

We dig deeper into the energetic body perspectives of the goddess energies of reflecting and receptive Mother Vibe. There are various forms of Mothering energy. It is a feminine, caring, compassionate energy but it can also be authoritative, needy, demanding and distant due to health and relationship challenges going on with the women we reflect

  • We discuss the various forms of Mothering energy we all have to move from potential to taking action in our social circles. It is a feminine, caring, compassionate energy but it can also be authoritative, needy, demanding and distant due to health and relationship challenges going on with the women we reflect

  • How there is a feminine, caring, the compassionate energy that can also turn authoritative, needy, demanding and distant due to health and relationship challenges going on with the women we reflect off as can our struggles affect the women behind us in the community watching us.

  • How our own struggles with the relationship, finances and personal access to holistic health can our struggles and affect the children and another sister in the community watching us.

  • We dig back into Dr. Northrup's book : Mother-Daughter Wisdom ( available below) and expand upon her Mama Bear idea to discuss the impact of having a personal mother wound. ( represented as the navel)

  • The words we need to be careful of when approaching our own Body image and sense of self. The one perspective we fail to remember from our own childhood.

  • The developmental inner battles you can avoid rather than exhausting yourselves by nourishing your chakras, and creating an environment that will affect your endocrine, digestive, structural body and mental function.

  • How to tap into nature for innate cycles and life long vitality , Clarity, awareness, unconditional love and motivation.

  • Finally, we speak of the need for modern day women's circles as a way for us to educate each other.

In Summary

This is such a complex yet very dynamic piece of our health as women. This is the foundation for Saving the Sisterhood and we really need to figure out a way to allow for us to shine brighter to each other. We need to be clear on our boundaries and boldness and figure out a way for all mothers to demonstrate choice to their daughters as they rise into the Mother and we rise into the Matriarch respect for our story that was well earned.

What do you feel after listening in? Think you have a mom or daughter or sister or friend that could benefit from listening in?  Please share and help another woman waiting for the solution.
